Refunds - If you are not happy with the training you received please contact us. A refund may be available
Refunds on classes - If you can not make a class and it is paid ahead of time we will give you credit to join another class. If your dog passes away or gets injured you will receive a refund.
If your dog bites or shows aggressive behavior to someone before, after, or during the session, we are not liable and there will be no refund but we will help you with some training suggestions.
