Refund Policy

 Refund Policy to Clients 

The refund policy consists of:

• Refunds - If you are not happy with the training you received please contact us. A refund may be available
• Refunds on classes - If you can not make a class and it is paid ahead of time we will give you credit to join another class. If your dog passes away or gets injured you will receive a refund. 
• If your dog bites someone after the session, we are not liable and there will be no refund  but we will help you with some training suggestions
